Daryl Adams spent years training with some of the best chefs in the world, including one of Vancouver's Iron Chefs. The big deal is this: "We cramming in big-time flavours culled from top-notch European cuisine, mixed with flavours of Japanese, Thai, Korean and Chinese cuisines". His passion for sausage making took him to a new route and Dogs'n'Roses context was an avenue in which he embarked in 2019. Deluxe your taste buds and have some appetite for destruction because our menu really rocks!
It's what's on the inside that counts
Our truck was built by the chef's approval and is designed to serve up to a thousand customers per day. We specialize in any sized parties, events, weddings, corporate or private gatherings and any events of your choice. Our truck graphics represent our vision, the colours and vibrant roses present allegiance and sophistication that we thrive to promote in our business, buns and sausages represent our more rebellious rock and roll side which is also a big part of our company.
Organic Brioche styled buns, our secret recipe sausages that are non-gmo, preservative and filler free with an Asian twist on sauces and toppings. No one ever had smokies like this. Sorry, we shouldn't call them smokies ;) they are a deluxe version of the best sausages you have ever tried! And we stand behind it firmly!
